Q: GeoServer hangs when requesting from a PostGIS data store
Geoserver will hang (not respond) if you make a request to a PostGIS datastore that does not have GEOS installed with it. To fix the problem, make sure that when you install PostGIS, that your version has GEOS compiled with it.
