VPF DataStore

The VPF DataStore is still in beta. To use it put in the directory that contains the LHT file, in the same way that you do a URL with the Shapefile DataStore. The layers should then all show up when you go to the new FeatureType menu.
One problem we've seen is that if the layers are empty, containing no features, they will still show up as possibilities in the new FeatureType menu, but will fail when you actually try to use them.
